Once fully owned a slave accepts that its Master takes full possession of its mind and body. Many Master/slave contracts specify that Master has the right to modify the slave in any manner He chooses. This post is about physical mods but the two are closely linked as the mental transformation associated with the various modifications can be significant. Mods could be for many reasons, to shape the slave in a way that is more physically pleasing to the Master, to make the slave more helpless and dependant, to hurt, to humiliate, to educate, to be a constant reminder of its status, to demonstrate His power and control.
Transformations can go from mild to wild, soft to heavy, virtually unnoticeable to the very VERY extreme. So, working our way up…
Piercing
OK, so these can be pretty extreme too depending on the number, size of the piercings and where they are installed. Piercings can have a practical use too, chain attached to septum to lead slave around, cock and quiche as a means of preventing erection, tongue to give greater pleasure to Master when cocksucking. Probably one of the most common forms of body mod performed. With my first Master i remember clearly the trip to the piercing shop so that He could get my nipples done, the rush as i realised i had given up control of my body, trusted him enough to put it in his hands, the 2 silver rings a constant reminder of that, the feeling of helplessness 2 months later when He told me He was going to get them stretched. Again can be from small to extreme. i’ve met slaves who have had their faces tattooed. i’ve met slaves who’ve had every inch of their flesh marked. i’ve also met slaves who just have one small mark of possession tatted on their butt cheeks.
Imagine being taken to the tattooist, so proud that Master is about to mark you. No idea what it will be, of where it will be. Will it be a work of art or ugly amateur looking scrawls. The buzz of the needle and then the lines are drawn on the back of your neck. At first the pain is sharp, like the needle, but you soon become used to it. Master is putting a bar code on you, His ownership mark, you will carry it forever as a clear indication that you are owned property. i carry 2 different Masters tattoos and even though both relationships ended i still feel proud to carry them, they are as much part of me now as my arm, my leg, my heart.
Shaved
Another relatively common one. Every hair removed from the body, maybe if you’re lucky left with eyebrows and eyelashes. Nowadays a shaved head won’t be looked at twice in the street in the past it would be a clear mark of a slave. Some Masters believe a slave should be stripped of all hair, leaving it bare, vulnerable, less human, less masculine possibly. Some slaves probably shaved anyway so this wouldn’t feel too intrusive. Personally i had always resisted it. The first time i was fully shaved was very emotional for me. strapped to a bench, it took a long time. i sobbed. i tried to hold on to my sense of masculinity, with every hair removed it felt like that was being stripped away. Ball stretching
i think a lot of the fun for the Master is in the process. The aim to make the slaves balls swing between its legs, drag on the floor when it crawls, easier to grab and torture. Weights and other stretching devices can be used. the slave can be ordered to contribute to its own deformity, tie its balls to a hook and then order it to crawl forward, use the crop to make sure it goes beyond the point of agony. Set it targets and measure regularly, let it participate in its modification. i’m not sure if this is permanent as I’ve never had it done for extended periods, even after say a year of stretching if the weights are removed, does the sack start to shrink again?
Gaping hole
Stretch that cunt slave! Master might want to stretch your hole to a point beyond recognition. Doesn’t matter how tight you were at the beginning, He will work his way slowly, stretching, destroying, until it takes His fist easily, not satisfied until you’ve been turned inside out, pretty pink rosebud on display, take it slut! Butt plugs always worn, gradually increasing in size. At first you don’t think you can live with them soon you realise you can’t live without them. Branding
Much more painful to get than a tattoo and even more permanent. Master marks His cattle, His livestock. its something i’ve fantasised about but never had a Master who did it….well i do have permanent cigar and cigarette burn scars which are types of brands i guess. The idea of having Masters initials permanently burnt onto your flesh is intoxicating and branding definitely falls into the category of possible, not common but I’ve met a few slaves who proudly display their Masters brand mark.
Forced weight gain, weight loss, muscle growth
The most common is the muscle growth. Master wants a slave that He will modify to look good and in His eyes that means muscle. Control of diet, exercise, forced workouts. Taken to extreme though He might start adding steroids, other stimulants, He wants a muscle freak, out of proportion, bulging, beyond what most would find attractive, a muscle monster.
But there are also some feeder Masters out there, who get off on turning there slave into a fat slob, a pig, a figure of humiliation, waddling, panting, forced to shovel huge amounts of food into their faces.
There are some Masters who want this for aesthetic reasons i guess, they like the look of a fat slave as much as other Masters prefer the look of the muscle slave. the slave however doesn’t get the choice once the contract is signed. Imagine being a boy that was proud of his body, goes to the gym 5 times a week, eats healthily. then you fall in love with a Master, sign the contract become His to do with as He pleases. What He pleases is to turn you into a fat sow. How would you cope as your body slowly collapses, bloats, sags, as your tits bounce up and down when you are getting fucked?
At the other end of the spectrum there are also Masters who might want a skinny slave, no muscle, weedy limbs flapping around in the wind.
It might be to feminise, it might be to emphasise the difference between the Big all powerful Master and the ‘weak’, helpless slave, to make it more dependent on him, it will almost certainly humiliate. it might be so the Master can lift the slave up easily, throw it, put it in position, hang it up. On a minimum diet, the slave will be kept healthy but its mouth will drool as Master eats His steak and fries as the skinny slave chews on its dry lettuce leaves and cucumber.
Subtle body mods
i’m not sure how unusual these are but they can be very limiting when applied. i had a Master who used to keep my nails uncomfortably short, he’d cut them till they bled. it limits in ways you probably don’t realise until it is done. Picking up small items such as coins becomes a challenge, scratching an itch and most importantly for Him making it much more difficult to untie knots. He enjoyed setting bondage tasks, tying me in intricate bondage and then sitting back whilst i tried to escape, lack of fingernails makes that pretty much impossible which didn’t mean i was allowed to stop struggling, to stop trying.
The same Master was very in to breath control, sometimes when He took me out He would use ear plugs but up my nostrils. This meant i had to keep my mouth open to breath, encouraged panting drooling but no one else knew why, the plugs were hidden, a subtle modification which He threatened to make permanent..although i think that was just Him fucking with my head as i’m not sure if it would be possible. These are the two that spring to mind, i’d be interested to hear of others.
Removal of teeth and/or vocal chords
i have to say, I’ve never met a slave who has had this done but it is a common fantasy and i’m guessing there are slaves out there who have been modified by their Masters in this way, as in theory you wouldn’t need medical training to do it. The fantasy goes…”if i feel its fucking teeth on my cock again, I’ll knock them all out and feed them to it!”. Apart from creating a better cocksucker, no teeth will again add to the slaves dependency on Master, mushy gruel its only possible sustenance or if it is lucky maybe Master will chew it for it before spitting it on the floor for it to lick and suck up.

Castration/Penectomy
So here it is, one of the most common body mods you read about and also a common fantasy. the Master modifies the slave to remove that which makes it masculine. The slave has no use for its cock and balls and should have the distraction removed, it becomes sexless, genderless, a slave, eunuch, object. They are no longer its own genitals they are its Masters.
